Step 1. Registration and needs
When you register with Rotterdam Apartments B.V., we first check your housing needs. Do you need furniture? How many bedrooms? etc. The more details you give, the better we can search. Our online search engine can give you an idea of the types of homes which are currently available. Because we know the ins and outs of the Dutch market, we can help set your expectations about rental prices and what you can expect for your money. We do no charge registration fees and we work only on a no-cure, no-pay .
Step 2. Finding a suitable property
We have over 250 active properties in our database and have access to all properties registered at other agencies. We will help you find the best properties that matches your needs.
Step 3. Accompanied viewings
We offer flexible viewing times. The viewings are planned when it is convenient for you so you have the maximum viewing opportunities.
Step 4. Negotiation and contractual administration
We negotiate with the owner to maximize your deal. When an agreement is made, we draw up a detailed and clear rental contract that both parties need to sign.
Step 5. Paying rent and deposit
All tenants are required to pay the initial rent and deposit agreed in the rental contract before receiving keys to the apartment.
Step 6. Check-in
We accompany you to the property to conduct an official check-in. We fully inspect the condition of the property and verify that the inventory matches the inventory list (provided by the owner). You will be required to sign the notes made during the check-in.
Step 7. Support services
During your stay our Service Desk is available for questions and to help solve issues. For many of the properties 24/7 property management services are offered in cooperation with a partner.
Step 8. Check-out
We officially handle the check-out of the property at the end your rental period. At check-out, we check the whole inventory and evaluate the condition of the property. We will give the owner a detailed report of any missing inventory and damages, and will help administer the deposit and settle any disputes.
Step 9. Finding a new home
If you decide to move to another rental home within the Netherlands, we can help you search for another home. If you decide to buy a home Rotterdam Estate can help you find a property and assist you during the purchase process.
